Vacuum Formed Appliances

Vacuum-formed appliances in orthodontics are dental devices used to address various orthodontic issues, such as tooth movement, retention, or minor corrections. These appliances are custom-made using a vacuum-forming technique, which involves heating a thin sheet of thermoplastic material and molding it to fit the patient's dental arch.
